How to start?

A good place to start is the search bar on the right side of every page. By using this bar you can search and browse through our entire database.

For example, if you want to search for a specific artist, click on the radio button “Artist” and then type in the name of the artist. Last name first, like: Abdul, Paula.

By clicking on a number or letter you can browse artists by name.

General information

All prices are in Euro and excluding Postage and Packaging. There is a full money-back-guarantee. If a record should prove faulty, send it back immediately and we will refund your money. All goods travel on the risk of the buyer. If you want more security please have them sent registered. All records are wrapped in plastic sleeves.

Shopping Cart

If you would like to buy a product or if you would like to remember a product for later reference, you can add a product to your shopping cart. You can do this directly from a list by clicking on the “Add” button, or on the product details page by clicking on the “Add to cart” button.

There are a number of features inside the shopping cart. You can easily remove or change the quantity of a product or view more information by clicking on a title. If you change the quantity be sure to update your cart first by use of the update button. 

Discounts

10% on orders with at least 3 items and a total value over €  50.-;
15% on orders with at least 3 items and a total value over € 125.-;
20% on orders with at elast 3 items and a total value over € 250.-

Checkout

By clicking on the “Proceed to checkout” button in your cart you can check out your items. If you haven’t logged in yet, there is the possibility to log in or create an account.

If you are logged in, you will proceed to the payment and shipping method page. For more information about the shipping methods, click on the SHIPPING button in the footer of every page.

After selecting a shipment and payment method you can continue to the Order confirmation page. You can review your order and by a click on the appropriate button you can confirm your order and proceed to the payment method of choice. In the meanwhile you will receive and order confirmation in your mailbox.

Payment methods

There are a number of different payment methods available on ERARecords.com. The transfers go through secured servers of our partners (Paypal and iDeal). Your credit-card or bank account data will not be stored by us.

When you choose to pay with PayPal you can use your credit card or banking account to transfer the required funds to our PayPal account. Safe and secure. Please click on the appropriate link to return to ERARecords.com to finalize the order.

iDeal is an initiative from ABN-Amro, Fortis, ING, Postbank and the Rabobank. Dutch customers from these banks can pay easily and secure by use of your own online banking software. An advantage of this method is the instant payment so that we can transfer your order immediately.

You can also choose to pay by money transfer. You will receive an e-mail with payment instructions immediately after you select this method. When the transfer is complete the order will be send.

My Account

On the My Account pages you can review all the information regarding your account. You can change your details and review all previous orders and their status.

Forgot your password?

In the case that you have forgotten your password there is an option to request a new one. Input your e-mail address and click on “Send Password”.  Then follow the instructions in the e-mail you receive.
